Do the updates come on Saturdays? Since the updates show up quite early in the morning, I think the changes are made the previous day and the systems are updated during the night, with changes visible in the early morning.

no updates on Saturdays from my experience. If they updated your file today then you will see Monday morning.

Mid-May online applicant, received AOR around end of August. Nothing since then. Ordered GCMS and apparently they haven't even started my security and criminality clearances (file hasn't been touched since AOR). Seems like this is going to take a while, so I'm thinking of going back to the States for some time. Do I need to let IRCC know that I'm going on vacation?

Been in Canada 30+ years as a PR (since I was a kid), as my home country did not allow for dual citizenship until a few years ago.
Looks like my citizenship file has not been touched since Sept. 16th.
No test invite yet.
I would think my citizenship application is pretty straightforward, since I’ve been here for so long.
Should I be asking for GCMS?

Hey man. I'm in exactly the same boat. I recieved the AOR for my online application on September 3, 2021 and I haven't heard anything since then.

I sent an online application in May 2021 and received AOR 31st of August. I am based in Alberta. I haven't received anything else yet.

All the components apart from Citizenship Ceremony has been marked as completed today.

Got an update that my citizenship ceremony is scheduled for 27 Jan. No email yet.

How much time does it take from BGC Completed to Test Invite? I mean what are the typical time lines based on our excel sheet tracking?
