My application was received by CIC on May 15, 2020 and AOR was in September 2020. As per online status, they started work on my application in December 7.

After that there is no updates. Do I need to call or email IRCC?

I did nothing to my case. All updates just showed randomly

I have a similar timeline to you too and noticed similar update on the portal today.
Im single applicant from Hamilton, ON

You will be get dm a day or so.

Hi, It still in progress. I think they did not update after April 23 and my account is only showing my AOR date not processing date which is on Dec 07. Do I need to call them for reason why its still showing April 23.

New tracker doesn’t show in process date. So you are good if it is only showing application filed date. Try sending them a webform maybe FP request is pending for you. Do you know your processing office?

Oh yes probably! I applied for citizenship and PR renewal the very same day. Thankfully PR card was a lot quicker!!

my wifes updated aug 6th to complete language skills, physical presence but still Prohibitions is in progress, is this normal? just that to be completed but its in progress
