Just realized that I didn't fill the box which ought to explains why my passport did not cover the 5 year period for my application. My international passport expired months before submitting my application. Many people on another citizenship forum have had their applications returned on that grounds. Wondering why they have to wait forever before the decide what to do with my application. I can't believe the mistakes I made in my application. Can the application be returned at processing stage? Does anybody have a suggestion on what I can do to rectify this error?

I have just been checking out the 2019 spreadsheet and from what I can see there seems to be a pause in people moving forward (July 2019 tab) from October 2020. I hear lots of people are getting invites to online tests and virtual oaths (July- December 2019 applicants) - anyone know what the apparent blockage of Tests and Oaths in October 2020 might be about?

I am a May 22, applicant. Still no change in my status. Just says we have received your application and sent the online book. Any other folks from May 22 who have still not seen any changes on ECAS? Just a bit anxious , as to why the status has not changed yet. Thanks.

Hi Bosvan, yeh the test invite is fine, but i was talking about ECAS status being changed to " we started processing your application". My ECAS is still at ," We received your application"
