It’s normal and usually asked during security check for those with masters degrees in sciences or PhD. You should get your COPR within 2 weeks. Go through the threads. Some people got asked to provide same

As @ForUs2020 mentioned above, its normal. Submit all the information as asked in the request letter, ensuring its complete and in sync with the information submitted during your application. Do you have Masters or PhD? This request is very common for PhDs and for some thesis based Masters degree holders.
