Dont worry, If there is a COPR effective date then you are COPR from that date itself! Meaning, You are already counting for the Citizenship.

No you're wrong the effective date start from count whatever date is on your official COPR letter i confirmed with the IRCC agent during my virtual landing interview! So if you're profile has been approved like 4 5 months ago but you received your COPR letter today you days of counting towards citizenship and permanent resident eligibility status starts from today!

Finally after 7 months of silence I got an update on my profile. My expired medicals were extended. Now it says you passed medical on April 27 2021. Medicals expired in September 2020. Hope to see some movement soon.
