Hello Everyone. AOR May 31. I called ircc today and they said everything is passed i.e medical eligibilty background check. Just the final review left. Any idea how long it usually takes after everything passed.

Yeah but then again it's been more than 2 months since it was allegedly "approved". is it normal for this to take so long to actually issue the COPR after the application is approved?

I am in the same Situation, As per GCM notes my Final approval was completed on 14th Oct and almost 3.5 months passed i am yet to receive COPR. Can you see what group you were assigned.

I got Ghost Updates Yesterday and I called IRCC Today ..everything is passed now.
I hope many ppl are stuck with status like Criminality in Progress , Security - Not started.
Looks like backlog files are moving . Be positive.

I gave bio-metrics on October 23rd and my Primary visa office is Ottawa.

This is just a positive news. I am 21-May AOR with same status as you were. Hoping for atleast a ghost update.

Biometric call : 6 Oct 2020
Biometric given: 22 Oct 2020
Ghost update: 05 Jan 2021
PR approved: 27 Jan 2021
VO : Ottawa
2nd VO : Etobicoke


Inland CEC single applicant. No portal link or email conformation yet just an update on IRCC . Thank you all for your help and guidance. Be patient.

Can someone shed some light on further process and next steps.

Same to same as your timeline buddy except the biometrics call was recieved on nov12 and bio submitted on nov 16..no GU about criminality yet...

I got ghost update on last Saturday and called on Monday. Aor is 27 May and everything is passed. Agent told wait for update on ur profile and check ur emails, you will be getting eCOPR soon. But they are not sure which date that soon can be, all depends on officer.. so just have to wait but Atleast May people who were stuck on criminality or security.. I guess it’s now progressing

No check in GCM notes what GROUP you were assigned. I just want to compare if it is something to do with the group which we are assigned.

Looks like applications which are not biometric exemption and had been given biometrics are being processed and got COPR while the exemption ones are ignored.
