They did not send the CoPR yet, they will send me via CIC account.

I got a ghost update in my profile yesterday. Patiently waiting.

Called IRCC last week and I was told Eligibility and Security passed, criminality was in progress

Got COPR this evening on my CIC account. Good luck everybody !

Can't wait anymore so call CIC yesterday. The agent said Medical, Eligibility and Security passed, Criminality is in progress.

Looks like IRCC is updating their system, as their online portal is down today. Maybe that is the reason. Try call them later.
