on the website version of their notification about the restart of biometrics, it says if you have a representative they'll be who is called. Then they are supposed to get in touch with you to get your perspective. Then service canada will call them a second time to hear what you said and confirm.
interesting that two calls we've heard about are both from saskatchewan! No surprise that a more recent AOR got a call from there, they're working through the backlog for each location so we won't see all the AOR's called serially across the country. The backlog will clear at different rates in different locations.
I wonder if they picked a few locations to try it out with first? Or maybe some of the busier locations have less availability for working on their biometrics backlog versus the other services they need to provide from their location.
