I have one question though, In the document submitted by candidate section, there is no document showing under the optional document column. I have attached the payment receipt for the $285 as payable difference as related to the new fee in effective from April 30, in that optional document. So, my question is How would I make sure that they have received the additional document?

Yeah buddy i recieved too i guess its just an automated service because the UCI number still in alphanumeric format which is suppose to be in numbers once the application process starts.My AOR on may 14th.

Its technical glitch. I got this message for my refused application also. I think this has happened because they were maintaining their site on 2 june from 2 am to 5 am eastern times.

What is your AOR? I do not get anything. Mine is May 15.
