A new CEC draw just happened, inviting about 4,600 pax. I wonder how many more months PNPs like me need to wait for IRCC to completely process the prioritized category ☹
I applied for Gcms notes on Dec 09, just got it this are latest 5 updates confused with this slow processing
Note5) Oct 20 Time 12:35 : Biometrics completed
Note4) Nov 20 Time 17:31 : Frv eligibility & criminality passed, biometrics completed, file approved
Note 3) Nov 27 Time:13:46 : integrated search done no adverse result found , all fees paid . all requirements' met pcc5133
Note 4) Nov 27 Time 13:46 : criminality medical passport all valid, copr issued. Vancouver office for pr card.PRRU IRCC VANCOUVER
Note 1) Nov 27 Time 13:50 : Biometric done , criminality not finalized, differed, pcc 5133
Note 1-3 happened in a matter of minutes and it has been stuck since then no update, any idea wat is pcc 5133 ?? it is clearly sated criminality was passed on Nov 20 then why do they differ it on Nov 27 any guesses.
I received a letter from IRCC regarding my marriage and adding my wife to my application, requesting updated forms, police certificate and so on. The letter mentions 30 days as a deadline for uploading all the relevant information and documents, am I correct in thinking that this will not be enforced due to Covid. I don't think it'll be a problem either way, and I'm certainly hoping to compile everything way faster than that, I just thought I'd check in case there are any issues.
There is no such requirement of your spouse to have your name on her passport. It is her passport and not your. If you are from a country where spouse's name is entered, then you may need it to obtain PCC, but not a requirement for IRCC.
IRCC has nothing to do with what kind of marriage you do. All marriages by law have to be registered and you have to provide the marriage certificate. So irrespective of how you perform you marriage ritual, IRCC will require the marriage certificate.
I have a question:
1) my bachelor degree is in 2 languages (both diploma and transcript) - Ukrainian and English. I I don’t have to get another translation right?
2) my husband’s degree is only in Ukrainian - so I need to get his translated by ATIO certified translator? (Both diploma and transcript)?
We have WES already and used translations made in Ukraine for it, but I’m not suri if IRCC will accept it as I don’t have affidavit etc, so is easier for me to get 1 degree translated again.
what do you think?
I called them yesterday and my status is the same as yours.
Last update was on Oct 20th when biometrics (exempted) showed up on my application.
AOR May 6th, CEC Inland, Ottawa VO.
