For inland applications (I think non-PNPs), once Ottawa completes the file, it gets passed down to local visa offices which issues the COPR to the applicant.
Then Ottawa is not issuing PPR to outlanders then.

Correct me if I’m wrong, isn’t it local VOs who issue PPRs?
Yeah I've noticed that too. The bar is no longer there and the security question prompt doesn't show up anymore.
Definitely a glitch on their end :/

@legalfalcon Can you please share how criminality and security check works and what's maximum time they takes to process.

To US applicants I think they are from Ottawa directly.
To US applicants I think they are from Ottawa directly.
Ah yes, that’s correct. If it’s US based applicants, Ottawa issues the PPR.
Hi, Anyone with Etobicoke as the case processing visa office? Is your file being processed or isn't touched for months? I have dependents on my file and was thinking if having dependents delays the processing or is it VO specific? Thanks in advance.

To read on security screening see

The average time for security is 110 days and is done by CBSA / CSIS.
Criminality is based on the PCCs that you submit, but now the biometrics have to be run through the system and also may be shared with agencies such as RCMP.

Actually I reported a technical issue on that 100% bar. The Webform URL wasn't functioning. And I believe to resolve a technical issue they have removed the complete progress bar along with text.
I have the same issue
Requested GCMS notes on 16th December and just got a 60 day extension notification. Hopefully it won't actually take that much longer.
I requested notes on Dec 3rd and not received anything
Unable to login to CIC account since morning...Any one else experiencing the same issue..?
