Thank you. The conclusive passed update was made on July 29, 2020 which is concerning as there has been no update after that and no call for biometrics too. I am not sure if security would become valid until biometrics are done.

HI, i think the VFS offices in India have opened , but only for certain categories.
Anyone waiting for their PR( FSW) biometrics?.. and are you able to get the appointment ?
it says "Duplicate BIL not allowed" when i try to schedule it for two applicants here- https://vfs-cic.mioot.com/forms/appointments/

What is the procedure of changing address while the PR application is under process ? When will the change be reflected ?

you can fill up the ircc web form mentioning your current address..
it will take upto 5 business days to get it updated...
but you will most probably not get any reply from ircc regarding this.
later on you can check after calling a ircc agent..
same case was mine.

I got an email (Passport request letter) from Visa office New Delhi today morning (09:31 AM Indian standard time). My case timeline is as follows:
ITA: March 4, 2020, FSW outland
AOR: May 27, 2020
MEP: July 27, 2020
Biometrics update: October 16, 2020 (exempted; got biometrics updated which were given last year, for tourist visa)
PPR: November 21, 2020
Although the online account doesn't show any change in status.

It seems that the things are finally moving, good luck everyone!

Some people have been waiting 5-6 months for their PR cards!

Was asked to mail photo to Kitchener office, PR card sent from Sydney case processing centre.

No I didn't. Receive final decision through email from IRCC Kitchener office and message in IRCC account.
