Hello I have called 1-888-242-2100 and before talking with an agent we put app no birth year etc.. once we have connected to the agent, she has confirmed our app no email address, home address and after 5 minutes on hold she has told me the final decision has been made and approved.

Can you only call IRCC from within Canada ? is there a way to call IRCC if you're outside of Canada ?

You should be able to call the no from anywhere if you have international calling enabled

Yes, I order GCMS and got it on 20 Aug, medical and eligibility passed on GCMS, on profile still showing is reviewing .....

It’s taking longer now, about 30 days.

Looks like they are not processing or processing slow for applications with AOR beyond May 18 for outland applicants.
