If the 6 month processing time is expiring in November, in that case if biometrics is provided now (recently), within how much time can we expect the COPR?

Hi All,
I haven't given biometric before, tomorrow (Oct 5th, 2020) my BIL date expires, I am still waiting for Service Canada's call to get an appointment for BIL. My AOR May 12th CEC inland, question are there any consequences? Do I need to inform CIC to ask for an extension?
You don’t have to reach out to IRCC , it will be automatically extended . Please check the cic website for more information regarding the same , it clearly states not reach out to IRCC as it will get extended for another 90 days.

Again - I think ppl with Bio exempt are stuck. I am 6 May CEC and everything is passed except bio exemption update. I do not know how they are proceeding with the applications.

I got a call from Service Canada for Biometrics on Oct. 2nd and I completed it today (Oct. 5th). AOR May 5th, CEC-Inland, living in GTA. The person in line behind me had AOR April 1st. I'm not really sure what the process of selecting people to call is. And not sure how long the wait will be to get a confirmation.
