If you are inland, you can request GCMS notes on your own at your email id.

Even if you use a website to request GCMS notes, they will be sent to your email id.,

Anytime 3-4 months post AOR is a good time. Based on what you get, you can then plan more notes accordingly .

Hello I just received BIL so my wife is non accompanying so does she need to give biometric also because its not mentioned anywhere in letter that she needs to give biometric too. Please if anyone have any experience in this regard kindly help @legalfalcon please help thank you

Non-accompanying family members do not have to provide BIL. For each family member for whom the biometrics is required, a separate letter is issued. IRCC has clarified this in a twitter response posted below:
