I am very confused about how to find an application on ECAS or link. I found many different answers on the thread. Can any one of you please describe what I need to do?

Did they send you an email to tell you that you passed the medical?

No. Was only updated on ecas and the application page on cic

so, i noticed some applications, whose PA is from India, their files get moved to Mississauga Vs. New Delhi. does anyone know the reason why?and which one is better? in terms of processing time?

Hello Everyone; I'm having issues linking my application. I have tried so many times and Its not letting me. Anyone that could guide me through it please? I have to pay biometrics and I am getting quite frustrated. Please help.
MY timeline as of today
I'm the sponsor: airdrie, alberta
PA: Peru
Application received: may 9, 2019
Aplication approved June 27, 2019
Medication Examination: July 13, 2019
Biometrics: pending

in ECAS, if you are the sponsor, use your UCI or Receipt number, last name, DOB and Country where you were born.

Finding application in GCKey could be very tricky. I could not find the application using PA's passport number so I had to use place of birth and other parameters.

Make sure you are entering details exactly as you entered them in IMM0008 form and in the last field (number of applicants) select 2.

Are you using your UCI? if yes, that's not gonna work buddy..you can only use PA's details to link.

Hello Friends,
I applied visitor visa for my wife in last December and she did her Bio-metric at that time. Is it still good for her Sponsorship file or she need to give again coz on her last bio-metric letter it says valid till 2028. If anyone had experience like this or knows something then please reply here.

No it’s not good for anything else other than another visiting visa. You need to make sure to pay for another one when doing her PR Application
