You should provide them with the ticket information he used to come to the US. How did he get from Germany to the US? When did he land? Provide them with a copy of the ticket. If he doesn't have it, call the airline and ask them to email it to you.
They also want to know his route to Canada and Port of Entry. That should be on the stamp in the passport. I suggest scanning the stamp from the Canada Border Agency to them as well. This stamp contains the code of the port of entry (POE) and location. If you look under "Canada Border Services Agency" in the stamp you will find this information. Also provide them with the route, for example: Drove from Seattle, WA to Vancouver BC.

One more thing he went to Australia before coming to US so ticket is showing from AUS to US, that is fine or we need to send route starting from Germany.
And one of his friend Us
I believe all you should provide is ticket from Australia to US.
Then which route he took from DC to Toronto. I believe there are only two port of entries going that way. The name should be on his passport stamp.
Hi all. I applied through a rep and do not have a linked GCKEY app( my rep hasn’t linked my app either). ECAS is my only tool for checking. How can I know through ECAS that my medical has passed? Currently I see in ECAS “medical results received” but how do I know I’ve passed?
