Yes, looks like it and it s so frustrating as the waiting time for AOR has shifted from average 42-44 days to 55-58 days now...

Someone else just received AOR with an application submitted May 29th..

I honestly feel like they are working backwards LOL

People seem to wait 40-55 days for their OWP after an AOR receipt.

Officially, it takes between 4-5 months counting from the day of received (the government doesn’t count from AOR. The AOR counting is just unofficial spreadsheet statistics) but you never know with immigration agents, some people get it in less than 2 months.

I've seen applicants from February and March get their OWP approved 10 days after AOR... But you can't expect anything seeing how May is going now, end of May applicants have AOR while earlier applicants are waiting for almost 2 months. Can't do much about it we have to deal with it.

From the spreadsheet is looks like most April applicants received it 1-2 weeks after..
Seeing my luck with how long AOR is taking, I doubt that'll happen for me

Most April applicants got their AOR on average after 47 days. That's nearly 7 weeks. So your luck isn't that bad!

Mine was received May 3rd. It's been 54 days I'm getting anxious now that it will get returned...

Don't worry, all of us from early to mid May haven't received any AOR yet. There seem to be a few from late April who haven't gotten one yet. They randomly decided to throw out AORs for those in late May, but don't let that discourage you, a lot of us in your timeframe are missing AORs too.

Yes they do if you have specified your email address, otherwise by mail.

i am the same case application received on 3rd May by D WONG but after that no update no AOR yet.. i am so stressed out :-(

Someone told me just because we apply from different cities/provinces the wait times are different ... I dont know how true the statement is.
