i am not really sure of the Decision Made date but when I read from other forum that their ECAS updated to DM after interview, i went there and check too. my screenshot date was May 25 but not really sure if this is correct.

I sent my application on June 3rd, still waiting for the test invitation, when I call IRCC, they say everything is good.
I don’t think we have any options, just wait
status changed to completed for test. so it took 2 days after taking the test.
only test and background check are in green rest are still in progress.
any idea what will be the next step?
My application is a non routine one. Agent told me when inquired about why it is taking so long back in early 2020, before covid.

Just because yours is from 2019, call center guys simply tell that its non-routine so that you dont ask questions.
The file is waiting for the active/energetic cic officer who is not reviewing the file. So there is nothing like non-routine, its all routine of lazy officers who put the files pending for years which make the file appear non-routine.

@reshma.sayeed this is a long wait for sure. I share similar timeline as yours, it is painful and the wait is not fun for sure. I guess some applications require much background check than others. Not sure what triggers it, but maybe if someone travels a lot, I am not an expert but I guess we have no
