Could I suggest that in the summary sheets of the spreadsheet using a median instead of an average might be more useful / representative for people? Average may still be useful, but adding a median column cannot hurt and given that some applications are more complicated and some others have urgent processing the median will be useful.
I did not receive test invite yet. Changed to In process few weeks back. I have lots of travel between USA and Canada may be that is delaying the process. May 1st applicant

I called the contact center and the agent said that because it’s election year (October election), there is a huge pile of backlog of older applications that they are pressured to clear..so obviously newest app are not the main concern here.
in my case he said that he cannot imagine test being sent out prior to dec (he said from dec to march).. so anyone from may app , unfortunately sounds like we applied wrong timing (unless you are maybe one of the lucky one, who will still get the application processed fast!)
