This could be possible. My kids status changed to IN-PROCESS after around 10-12days after mine.Not sure of the cause but it eventually did change. If you are concerned about your status another option is to call CIC and confirm.

I just spoke to CIC and they confirmed that there is nothing pending on my part and that my application looks OK. They also confirmed that even though the status does not show up on the website, but it is indeed "In Process"

Seems like you are ahead of me... Can you tell me , After roughly how many days did you receive the Test invitation?

Yes since it has gone into IP. I did call the CIC last week and they mentioned they have all that they need and just need to schedule the invite...Smile

Anyone July 26 AOR , still waiting for "In Process" ? I did address change(BC->ON). will my application be considered non routine ?

Hi..I spoke with a CIC agent and he said the application would l be processed as it is because they don't know if you moved permanently or temporarily. So exam and oath ceremony will be held in BC for you. But you can request to transfer your case to ON because you moved there permanently. In this case further delay is possible. May be it makes sense to wait until exam call then ask to transfer your case to ON or have an exam in BC and then ask to have oath ceremony in ON or any other option)

Hi, do you mean that even if the ECAS status is "Application received", CIC actually might started processing our applications?

Hi, I received it by email along with AOR. If you need a hard copy you can request separately.

If you look at the previous months, you can find out how many months it took for other applicants from your city to get test invite. I think the pattern is same.
