i think we are confusing the colum " In Process ecas",
with just being able to enter ecas and see our app recieved and not "in process"

Yes, many are confusing this.

Hello All,

My application was received on May 27, 2019 and I am yet to receive any AOR or returned application if something was missing.

I spoke with an Agent this morning and he said, there's no citizenship application on my file yet when I provided my UCI number. What could be wrong?

I noticed they are sending AOR for application received end of May recently, so keep monitoring, i think you will get some update next week.

Hi, it may come up during your interview when they review your stamps. Sine it was a flagpoling and same day exit and entry, you technically didn't 'lose' any days, so it won't affect your physical presence requirement.
One thing you can do is use the webform and mention that you want to add this extra trip to your application. They will forward it to the necessary office, so you can cover your bases, so it doesn't look like you were deliberately omitting a trip. Good luck!

Since it's for my mom's citizenship, I'm even more excited than I was submitting my own.
All the efforts on getting my own status, then bringing her here via Family Class, now finally come to this.
19 years in the making. It's an incredible feeling
