FedEx kinda messed up mine, I paid for overnight shipping so it get delivered on 17th, as I sent on 15th. but unfortunately they delivered it today.. Good luck with your application.. where in Vancouver you are location, as there is Surrey office and Vancouver Office, do you know who will be processing your application?

I just mentioned to know that FedEx really delivered it to the right address, as they delayed it by the whole long weekend and suppose to be over night delivery.
