Hi All, sorry first time using this- I may not be putting this in the right spot. Just two quick questions
1- Please can someone send me the CIT002 form (one from Feb 2019). I tried to download it from the CIC website but the form wont open. I tried downloading the PDF etc - but still does not seem to be working. When I google it - the form works but its a 2010 form! Ps- My adobe is the latest one - I use it all the time. If someone can attach a PDF that works for you, would be great
2- It asks for proof of language. I did my MBA from a US university and have my degree certificate. This should be enough right? Or is the transcript a must?

- I have a copy my IELTS results that I used in my immigration application as a “ Language Evidence “ how should I answer that question in the application “ what option should I tick “

- As for question no 5 that have a table for names, what should I write there?

Hi,

You do have a language evidence so the answer would be yes. Attach a letter to your ielts copy explaining that this is the same test report form you submitted with your permanent residence/immigration application just to be on the safe side.
