May 2019 Citizenship Application

Our application has just been returned. My wife's form wasn't missing a checkbox somehow (it's in the PDF but didn't show on the paper.)

From what I can gather, mine and our daughter's can be resubmitted unmodified, but I'm not sure about my wife's. Can we just replace the bad page with a new one?

Same thing happened to my wife's form. I reprinted wife's forms, attached a simple cover letter & sent it with my son & my forms. After 2 months waiting we received d' AOR.

You can reprint just the one page with the missing check mark, but remember CIC should receive the new, complete application no more than 90 days after you submitted the first one. So if it’s a close call, I’d advise you to re-sign and re-date all your applications.
