For question no 5, if you don't have another name, or alternative spelling, or a previous legal name that you changed then yeah you would leave it empty, it depends on your case. If you've had the same first name, middle names and last name (same spellings too) since you were born then leave it empty.
Hi, I've one question. I did flag polling on Rainbow bridge for PR Purpose. Do I had to put that entry and exit while putting details in Online Calculator? I had more than enough days for eligibility but still worrying if they think I've not given correct information matching with CBSA report they might pull in. Please advise.

Leaving the country and returning on the same day doesn't count as an absence but still has to be reported on the calculator (even if you left the country and came back the next day it still doesn't count as an absence). I would personally put it because its the entry trip where you became a PR and would be an entry when the view the CBSA report.

Here's a little background of my mom's application.
Hope it helps someone who are applying for their parents who came here on Super Visa then got PR thru Family Sponsorship.

Arrived in Canada on Super Visa - May 2013
Applied Family Sponsorship - Jan 2015
"Landed" and got PR - Dec 2016
Eligible 5 Years - May 2014 to May 2019
As a visitor (Super Visa) - 949 days > 474.5 days > 365 days **each day in Canada as visitor counts as 0.5 day (up to a max. 365 days)**
As PR - 871 days
Total days: 1236
Supplemental document (not required, we provided it with the initial application package just in case)
- NOA of 2017 and 2018 (my mom has no income or assets in Canada or overseas, but we still file tax return for her every year)
- Super Visa and all Visitor Records (we had applied extension of stay twice, in 2015 and 2016)
Hello Friends.. needs a quick help.. my package reached may 18 at the center.. but I have forgotten to include Document checklist in my citizenship application.. do this will be considered as incomplete application or they will process it? Any idea?
Also would it be a good idea to send one more application or to wait until they return (if they treat as incomplete)

As I understand the application docs might be returned as incomplete. In the checklist it says that "Document checklist MUST be included ". I advise you to call to IRCC and ask what to do.

I didn't add it as it coincided with the moment my spouse's status changed from a temporary resident to a permanent one. When you "flag-poll", the United States of America do not actually grant you admission to the USA, they allow you to turn back to Canada. That's my logic behind it I hope it can help you!
