However, meanwhile my earlier work permit expired in last month. But my company has applied for the extension. How can I upload the document confirming that my extension is applied?

Not true. I've done this a couple of times now and my application is on good pace for PPR.

I think this depends on the stage, when your addition documents were requested. If they are requested during R10 Completeness Check, then the whole checking may be the case.

If it is asked by the Visa Officer during the final review, then there is no problem. i have heard people getting PPR on the next day of uploading the requested document.
