No, the election does not affect IRCC operations or work for any federal body.

For FSW-O applicants, the timelines is around avg. 7 months these days. So going by trends, I think PPR should start rolling out in November

As far as i know they have issued ppr almost 90 persent of jan --april applications including fsw,

Same timeline except the RCMP as it was not requested.
