Guys! Finally got my PPR!

While waiting to speak with a CIC agent about the 2 ghost updates received yesterday, I noticed a new mail in my inbox. I checked and BOOM! There was the Golden email!!!!!

You PPR is very very near. Most likely you will receive today!!

Received the PPR email 8:30 am on August 28. My second/last ghost update was 11:37am on August 27th.

I will call CIC for the first time tomorrow about my status and I am a bit nervous to talk to a real person like this.

Anyone who is successful to get your VO office, eligibility or criminal/security status, can you kindly share how you ask the agent? (any scripts and tips etc)
I want to avoid any general response like checking online etc

Ps: I order GCMS last week

I called CIC today and Agent is very nice to answer all of my questions.

VO Office: CIO Sydney, NS
Eligibility: Recommended pass
Criminality: Not started (Due to my HK police certificate, CIC still haven't received it and agent is confident it should start once they get it)
Security: Not started (Due to my HK police certificate, CIC still haven't received)

AOR: May 21st

It’s been 1 month I submitted my ADR document and status is stuck at “we are reviewing.....” and

1.5 months since I gave biometrics and it says, “ we have not received your fingerprints....”.

Is it normal?

No, I haven’t called yet. However, I received same reply via email that they have received the document as a response to my webform enquiry.

Its been more than 3 months since I filed my case and I am FSW-Outland. If someone can shed any light on my case that would be highly appreciated.

Now i have "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes."

Other fields didn't change. What it could be?
