PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was requested RCMP certificate based on fingerprints. My fingerprints due to bad quality was rejected and instead RCMP did Name and Date of birth search stating I have no criminal record.

Should I upload this instead? My problem is that my fingerprints are naturally are not readable. I had same problem at biometrics.

Please tell me what to do.
