Could you share your background? like do you have a lot of travel, personal history, single applicant etc?

it takes 30-40 days average for most applicant to pass medical ~ my status is still "received" lol

Lol,,, more than me the credit goes to CIC officer... and it doesn't matter how fast I get MEP untill I get PPR.

For the travel history, I didn't have much. Just one international travel that too for Tourism and less than a week time.
