You can get an appointment at an IRCC office, or you can go to the border, and re-enter.

Hi guys,

I was requested ADR on 10th July and I uploaded the document on 30th July and since then, its showing, " We are reviewing the documents you have provided"... Its been 12 days and status hasn't changed. Can anyone tell me if its normal??

Also I gave my Biometrics on 16th July and it hasn't been updated on profile and now it shows, " We have NOT received your fingerprints...."

Anyone?

Please anyone I need some help. I received the biometrics letter on July 9th and I gave the biometrics on July 24th. It shows my biometrics number and date of biometrics in CIC website but it kept saying "we need your fingerprints to process your application". Today it changed to "we did not receive your fingerprints" . I am extremely worried right now. I followed the instructions in the biometrics letter and gave the biometrics within the timeframe. Can anyone help me with this?

I received the same thing regarding biometrics. I gave the biometrics within the time frame and today it changed to "we did not receive your fingerprints ". I hope it is just a glitch.

I actually called IRCC on Aug 7th, and the agent told me my eligibility check was under review and security has not started.

If the agent was telling the truth, then I guess the security check only took 2 days.

Hi are u applying inside canada? Why do u have rcmp clearance, im asking coz ive been in canada too and applying outside coz of biometric.

Hey! I am applying outside Canada. They are probably asking RCMP because I spent 2 years in Canada for my Masters degree. However, I dont understand why they requested it after AOR when in the website it clearly said that you dont need to submit police certificate for time spent in Canada
