You can use your work permit to apply for your health card and it takes like 4 weeks. Even if you get part time work you can use it to apply

Hi All,
We were asked for RCMP fingerprint on Oct16, 2018 and we submitted them on Oct 19 2018 @ National Pardon Center, Downtown Montreal.
On the form, we mentioned the address (for submission) for Immigration officer which was mentioned in RCMP Fingerprint form we received in CI portal. They said the fingerprint would be sent to RCMP and then RCMP will send them to CIC.
There is one Upload document option in CIC portal for RCMP fingerprint form which is opened untill Nov 15 2018 (30 days from the day we received the request). By today Nov 12, that option is still there in our application in CIC portal. We are not sure whether RCMP have sent the details to CIC or not.
What should we do in this case ?
Shall we update the copy we received from National pardon Center ??
Please advise and help.

No news
March applicants are just now recieving AIP, SA....so we have a couple more months peeps!
Relax....be patient!
I read on the Facebook page that a May 15th got SA and AIP today ... Is that even possible? Cause I am thinking they might have meant march. I hardly heard of any news from April applicants ... Does the PA's country of origin have anything to do with how fast the processing takes?

I also read somewhere that u have to apply within 90 days from when you start working, otherwise u have to wait until after 6 months . Is this true?

Maybe it's Outland. And posted in inland by mistake

No they specifically stated inland ... But still not getting my hopes up ... We still have time and at this point don't mind the wait ... Just don't want any unwanted delays.

Hi all, we received AOR May 15 (inland) and just got both SA and AIP today. Seems like the process is going much faster now.
Merry Christmas and good luck to you all!
