I am May 2018 AOR. Everything is passed including security....Requested for 2nd GCMS notes yesterday. My MP has been checking my status every month. The reply from CIC is - they are still assessing my file. My file status is On Hold.

It appears to me that because I am not working in the same NOC as I had applied in, or am not earning as much, they are unsure about me and are not passing my file.

yes. my bg check completed at Aug 2018 however eligible completed at May 2019

Estimated time completed on NOV 2,2019. Then i called CIC they told me that my file is in Winnipeg local CIC office.

May 2018 AOR. Ottawa. Medical was expired and remedical Jan 30.

Received PR confirmation email finally. Due to Covid, Inland landing appointments are cancelled, and PRs are being confirmed by email.
AOR: May 2018. My application was put 'on hold' from Nov 2018.
Reason may be that after gaining enough points, I was not working in same NOC as I had applied in anymore. I was working in NOC C level. Or it may be due to Security screening OR both. Cannot know for sure. My local MP helped a lot by follow-ups.

Timeline:
Applicant: Express Entry - FSW Inland.
AOR: May 2018
Application put 'On Hold': since Nov 2018.
Remed request: 31-Jan-2020
Schedule A request 1: 31-Jan-2020
Schedule A request 2: 19-Feb-2020
Landing appointment email: 6-Mar-2020.
Appointment date: 27-Mar-2020. Got cancelled later due to Covid.
PR confirmation email: 22-May, 2020.
