13 Months completed

AOR may 30th 2018, still no updates since last July 11th.

I have contacted IRCC via different ways- Call Agent, order notes, call MP, etc.

The latest info I got was - waiting for security verification report before final decision.

Only God knows when the report can be created by CSIS or CBSA..

The past year was really tough, and I need my PR to switch jobs, have my own condo....

I have no ideas what I can do at this point. but what I know is if they cannot provide me an update by end of this year, I will file mandamus

Good to know that I am not the only one who is waiting for this long. Hopefully we will get it soon but they do need to understand people who applied do have other plans as well. Waiting for this means delay in your personal plans

Yeah it is really painful. It completely disrupt my plans.

When did your SS start? Mine was Aug 23 2018 and is still underway. It shows no sign of ending any time soon.

Mandamus means you will sue IRCC.

I ordered CSIS notes before, and as of March 29th, it still shows in progress. So I did not bother CBSA
