VO Winnipeg no movement since submission.
No notes ordered.

I think you may call IRCC sometime to see if everything looks fine. I ordered notes 20 days ago. Will wait for it and see if anything needs to be done from my end

If you're lucky, you will have a good agent, who will help you to leave a message to the VO. there is one time, I spoke to a nice guy, he told everything I was looking for. but the others are not that nice, they just read whatever shown in my account

A11- Met so I suppose eligibility is met?
As per Review required is for PCC ( which they havent seen it yet ) + Stat Question.,visa office is Sydney, Australia.

Who told you that you need to inform CIC about job change and give reference letters for new job? Whoever told you that please stay 100 feet away from that person at all times.

I called them. They just provide the status as per online portal, no additional Info.
