I entered IP2 yesterday (May 23 AOR) but then got a ghost update today: it doesn't look like anything underneath has changed...

Same here. I got too. Wat does this mean. U got ny email for ghost update or not?

Hmm... so, it’s a ghost update after yesterday’s update for BG check IP2... a few others have got it that way too since today morning. Let’s hope for the best!

My AOR is May 25th.. CEC Inland..
GCMS notes says Eligibility 'Recommended Pass' on Jun 12th.
Criminality - In progress 'No traceable record' on Jun 15th.
Security - Not started

Dont understand why there is no movement since Jun 15th.
No Additional document requests.. No ghost updates.. Nothing so far..

I applied for BOWP on Jul 20th and even that has not been approved so far.

Anyone else in the same boat?

My CIC account shows "we need additional documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details."
I moved to IP2 (BC started) yesterday and got my rprf request too. I paid it yesterday, but the above status has still not changed.
Does the status refer to my rprf request itself or should I be expecting some other additional document request in the coming days?

Its because of rprf, it takes 2-7 days so status change to we are reviewing your documents

I got ppr 8 days after ghost update.. you might get it as well or sooner! Congrats! If you want to make sure my ghost update was because of application approved..

You might want to call IRCC to make sure or just have some patience

Same for me , AOR 5th of May, BOWP 8 of august and didnt get reply for any of them

From what i heard it may depend on countries you visited or coming from... If you are U.S. it should be no problem as FBI is super easy to check for Canada. However, other countries are delaying applications because of the criminal/security check.
