My personal opinion, but I did read his message after that tweet was circulated and it kinda diminished his stature in my eyes if he doesn't know that the official IRCC Twitter handlers are liable for prosecution if they provide incorrect information. They tweet on the behalf of IRCC and represent them in every sense.
I’m aor 18 may 2018 my work permit is expiring in February 2019 still on ip1 so I don’t think so they process fast on the basis how much work permit is left

That's absolutely correct.
You are in no way responsible if the currency fluctuates, as long as you had shown the required amount at the time of submitting your application.
Kubeir has given bad advice to two of my friends as well, therefore as a general rule, always cross check whatever the consultants say instead of blindly following them.
I think they did clarify in a recent tweet that processing times are unaffected due to ordering of GCMS notes, so I'm actually quoting IRCC, not myself.
What about raising a CSE? Does it delay the processing of our application in any way? My AOR’s May 19th and Ive raised two CSE’s since then (to enquire about the status of application actually...) I know it was a bad move but, I have two more months to go until I touch my six-month time frame since AOR. Would it cause any delay for my application?

This guy Kubeir has copied word by word from @legalfalcon Manmeet Rai's post here in canadavisa forum and his blog. I have read in the comment section of Kuberi's blog where legalfalcon asked him about the plagiarism, he completely denied the accusation. This Kubeir guy is absolutely bogus consultant.
