AOR May 19th. No updates after MEP on July 5th. My bc is also not started. 116 days now already have a previous refusal... I hope I get to hear something good soon...

For some people, the BC status does not change all the way until the end. So, I guess we can’t know for sure about it. Maybe if we call up cic, we cud get an idea.

Country of residence: Pakistan
Not sure about visa office but as per letter need to submit passport to Islamabad office.

Visa office should be provided as the primary-CPC on top of the letter. I believe, it is Ottawa, that released a number of PPRs this week.

Does a person need to physically present the passport to LVO, (which is Islamabad as per your note) or, send it by other means?

(Called yesterday and my application was approved on September 7th, when the second ghost update came).
