DID YOU ALSO SEE REVIEW REQUIRED UNDER YOUR POF SECTION, SPECIFICALLY R76-SELECTION CRITERIA FSW POINT/FUNDS- REVIEW REQUIRED? MY FSW POINT TOTAL IS 72.......

My notes only told review required for funds. No remarks on reason. No remarks for FSW, everything seems fine on that section.

I believe the reason for review is that my POF is lengthy. It's in my spouse's name and I had to transfer the funds from one bank to another due to the official letter's contents, making me have to demonstrate source of funds and proof of access to funds. But I had no issues with that at OINP (I'm PNP-O), I shouldn't have issues now. It's a bummer having the application in the review queue, which is slower, anyway.

No remedy here other than waiting.

It means they need to review your answer for the statutory question where you were asked.if you have ever been refused visa before. I am sure you selected yes. Once that is sorted....your criminality will be passed.

Hi @legalfalcon : I have ordered GCMS notes via getgcms and have one query.

My Assessment is as follows:

Eligibility : Met
Security: Not started
Criminality : Not started
Medical : Passed
Info sharing: Complete.

I want to know why my eligibility status is " Met" and not " Recommended Passed" . Is there any difference between two?

In the case analyst comments in last two pages , everything is fine including POF.

Please suggest.

Once you passed......you shall move to IP2 which means criminality passed and your application will go into BG checks
