It has to do with choice. Other Members wants the whats app group so that should not be a challenge. They communicate in both. Again choice. I do understand where you are coming from, however, people are happy with the fact that there is whats app group so do not let it bother you too much. Thanks

We contacted the clinic from where we did our medical check up and got to know that CIC had sent a query to them that a repeat chest X ray was needed for my husband. We didn't even got any email from CIC regarding this. We contacted clinic and got aware about all these things. So we did the repeat chest X ray today from same clinic and hopefully they will update the same to CIC in a day or two. Lets hope for the best !
I suggest you the same thing. Contact your hospital and find out the issue for long pending medical review.
