My eligibility review status remains the same, I had an impression that would be okayed before background check started.
Anyways, whatever the order of developments, hoping for PPR soon.
Hi Folks, delighted to share that I received my 'Prêt pour Visa' mail today.
AOR: May 18
Medicals Passed: May 30
IP 1: May 30
IP 2: August 2
PPR Mail: August 9
FSW-O, from India, single applicant.
The thought of calling IRCC or ordering GCMS never crossed my mind, principally because it just increases anxiety.
Calling incessantly or trying to contact won't make processing any faster.
The process will take its own sweet time, much rather just relax and have faith. Good things happen to those who wait. Just my two bits.
Thank you to this forum. Cheers.

Just 2 queries -
- IP2 would be considered when background check starts ?
- Did you have much of travel history ? ( just trying to understand what may effect processing time after IP1,2 )
CONGRATS AGAIN
and all the best for further process.

Q1. Yes, that's what this forum widely says. Although legalfalcon suggests not to follow this parlance. Also, must be said my canada.ca portal still shows me on IP2 only, no change there.
Q2. Yes, but not 6 months and more, as in not requiring a PCC from another country.
