If they found the PCCs not in line with requirement, that may delay the process.

Quick Question:
- I just received my GCMS notes today. The notes refers July 3rd as "Date Generated". Does that mean the notes reflect IRCC evaluation progress only up until July 3rd?
- Also the notes states "Recommend Pass" for Eligibility, does that mean the case analyst thinks I am eligible, but I still need to wait for the immigration officer to make a final decision?

Requesting GCMS notes is your right. Won´t affect processing.
