1(888) 242-2100, its better to call them early in the morning and put it on speaker phone and do your work it will take about 27-30 minutes before someone will answer you

I called this morning, received the expected response from the agent " Call after 12 months".

why after 12 months ?? what you talking about ?

Didnt u get test invite ?

2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on June 29, 2017.

I saw there are two addresses on top. One is "Your current home address" which is correct and another is "Your current mailing address" which is wrong. There is a link under "your current mailing address" with this "To change this mailing address contact us". I updated my both address from the link.

Did anybody face same issue? what did you do ? Should I call CIC to make sure that they have correct address on both?
Please let me know if anybody has any idea.

Yes, but did you ask her/him whats the wait time for AOR? 12 months period is for the entire processing not for AOR. When I asked the agent she told me the expected time for receiving AOR is maximum of 6 week and if I don't hear anything then I should call them back.

Hi nono.. May i ask you wats going on with this person's application. His time line says he did get AOR on 1 May, Did he get AOR or not ? whats going on..

I'm waiting for the Test invite, the agent said he can't give any information about the processing until the normal processing time 12 months completed.
