If C-6 is approved and after it comes into force, you are allowed to apply by September 2017 (if you did not go outside Canada during that period)

Hi everyone, I just wanted to ask a few things. Can I fill the application by hand or it has to be filled out in Adobe. The font on printout from adobe are too small.

What color pen should I use if I have to fill out by hand.

Black seems to be the preferred option for government agencies. Blue ink is sometimes not picked up by the scanner when documents are scanned for filing.
