I applied online on 20th Jan 2015 with upfront medical from Pakistan. I can see in MyCIC that I have passed medical. I have not received any response other than that.
On average it takes 12 weeks (3 months) for study permit processing. I don't know if that includes weekends and holidays and are those Canadian or Pakistani? Excluding Canadian weekends, it's been 46 days since I lodged my application [1].
my friend received her medical call on 9th february, an had her examination at IOM Lahore on 16th February. She is a York University applicant. She is still waiting to hear back from CHC Islamabad.

Today is 2nd April so it marks the completion of 3 months processing period for you (if it was meant to include weekends). Wait for a week or two and then send them email asking about the status. Let's hope for the best.
