So i followed your suggestion and wife got an email from CEM indicating that her application is going to be on the priority list. How long will it take for them to respond..?any idea. by the way.

Just saw your post. My Mother inlaw went through it all while she was in tacloban during typhoon yolanda.. now.. they lost their house and most of the family has now moved to cebu (where my wife lives). i'd do anything to get my wife here.. so at least me and her can work together and help out the fam... (wish you all the best Cranberries )

our house in cebu is overcrowded with family members who left tacloban.. that swhat i wrote to CIC. i urged them to speed up the process so my wife and i can be together and work to help the family. we are somewhat directly affected but not as bad as some of the people like cranberries and some of our members here.

i can understand the frustration on some of the members here who are waiting for their visa's and to speed up the process. lets at least be mindful of the members who are actually going through the roughest times this christmas due to loss of love ones and livelihood due to typhoon haiyan/yolanda. I guess my message is compassion and a bit of patience. We never thought our application would get prioritized.. i was just told plead our case.

i guess to some who are abusing the priority. let them be. karma will hit them eventually. but for those who got prioritized for the right reasons, I hope this holidays will provide you time and healing with your love ones.
