My application was received by CIO NS today mornning by "MIke K", Is there anybody else, whose application was received by this person?

Also when CIO receives the application, do they send some recipt or they starightaway send the AOR?

Sponsor received AOR and asking current work reference letter: 02 JAN 2013(Letter dated Dec 27 2012)
Submitted by Fedex to spondsor: Jan 15 2013.
Spondsor handed in Monitoba office: Jan 18 2013
Sponsor Interview: May 2 2013.
LOA received : Jun 4th 2013 (Issued on May 7,2013)
CIO (Sydney, NS) recevied: July 15th 2013
From allication date,it is one year already!!! :'(

"in 6 months time?" I don;t think so, the whole process is so so slow, and now with the strike, I really don;t know when is the end of all the waiting.

Once you get the AOR, after few days later you can check the status. It will say your application is received.
