Hi smile_2good thank you for quick reqspond. Sorry i didnt quite get it. when your say Docs within a month is that mean counting from today or the date actuly my document recived by CIO?
I meant that if they consider anyones application is incomplete they take 1 month to send docs back... But before that they send email of incomplete application... Thats what i read in a thread...
Hope i could submit my app to cio before end of june 2013...nbi will be available June26...it was really a mistake not to process NBI before i got my LOA and to make it worst got it from a satellite office not to the main office
thanks for this group. we were nominated last march 26, 2013 under SINP FS and submitted our application in nova scotia last may 15, 2013. application was received may 24, 2013. up to date no response yet. hoping for positive response to all of us here. goodluck and let us keep this thread helpful to all of us

hi, when did u submit your application to CIO Nova Scotia? Mine was last May 1, 2013, and still no reply from CIO. Im also hoping that before end of June, we will receive a AOR from them. BTW why are the Canadian embassy staff are on strike? Where did you heard that news? thanks.

Hi, they received mine on May 6,2013. I checked April application thread, some people who submitted it at the end of April, they haven't heard anything from them yet.
I heard for one of friends who works at the immigration agent. Overloading works to do...since many visa office are closed( too much money spending during olympic, 2010) all documents only go to certain places such as Manila, Beijing, etc. maybe it's a different case tho, one Korean mom applied the visa through Manila office in Feburary 2013, haven't heard from them at all. It's really unusual to take this long just for the visa.
Me too CIO recived mine on may 6th still havent heard anything.. I hope we will recive our AOR before end of this month. According to April and March PNP tracking we supose to recive it end of this week or sometime next week. lets see...
hi, is there anyone got an AOR from CIO Nova Scotia? My application was received last May 1, 2013 and till now no reply from the CIO. Im a little nervous because this is my 2nd time that we submit our Application under family Stream. The 1st one was returned due to lack of info on my spouse behalf. " my sponsor asked me what he can say in SP2 in question asking ( How you will help to connect the applicant to settlment services in Manitoba ? )
After I look at website under section of arrive and settle , I found general points like following ;
Settlement services provide information and assistance on issues including:
housing information
finding child care
enrolling children in school .... etc
So , guys any recommendation to solve this question and tell me what best sponsor to say showing he can connect me with these services ?
