When I was filling out my CIC application for PRV, my sponsor who is my brother-in-law told me to indicate an amount close to what I put in the MPNP application. If you check the immigratemanitoba site, its latest info indicates what I quoted earlier. Plus, I believe if you've been sent an AOR and they said that your application package is complete then I guess you could breathe a little sigh of relief. If additional documents are required, I think that request would have to come from CEM and not from CIO in Canada anymore being that our application has already been transferred to them. But this is all my opinion only...
MY SITUATION IS THIS:
1.My money in the bank is only for the principal applicant fee but I have 4 accompanying members in the family. Is it okay that may bank account in the bank is just for me?Because if its God's will that i can pass,I will go first ahead of my family members and they will just follow.
2. Does CIC required bank history and bank certificate?
Hope someone could share ideas and experiences.
Thanks much

From my experience, CIC does not require the bank history or bank certificate but there is a portion in the application package where you declare how much money you have, similar to the one I gave in the PNP application. They MAY OR MAY NOT ask for it in the later stages of the application.
For the first issue, I have some questions: Are the family members you mentioned your immediate family (spouse and kids, parents, siblings?)? Because if they plan to follow you later on, the only difference in the fees to be paid is the RPRF or the landing fee because they will not be accompanying you yet. However, the processing for qualification to go Canada, even the medical exams, will include family members that you declare, whether they are accompanying you or not. This is only an opinion because I myself have not read or experienced similar to your situation.
I hope my reply sheds some light. Thanks a lot! Good luck and God bless!
